Founded by Anne Baum and Elmer Gates, the Gates Leadership Initiative is a series of seminars and programs designed to connect successful CEOs and senior executives with aspiring leaders. We offer intensive one-day seminars involving presentations, discussions, mentoring and informal networking. The Initiative was founded to deliver high-level leadership development training to business executives, enabling them to grow their leadership skills and realize their professional potential. Borrowing elements from the most successful leadership programs in place at the world's top companies, the program offers a unique approach to leadership development using a teacher/practitioner model to focus on bringing real-world experience to the classroom.
